Jeffrey Rowland's OVERCOMPENSATING
topatoco

10 December 2004

Hottttttttttttttt

Life is too complicated. We need to concentrate on being annoyed with the most basic things and then go from there. If your shoes are uncomfortable, or if go outside thinking you look dorky in that pancho, there is no way you are going to be happy.

It seems like Weedmaster P is deep sometimes, whether he knows it or not. It also seems as though Weekmaster P makes appearances or is refrenced to in half of the Overcomp comics. Keep up the good work, Jeff.

I was sorry to hear about Wigu, but I know it's for a good reason. I already can't wait for this new project of yours, and I don't even know any details yet.

Jeff-I don't appreciate you telling people about my poncho, I told you, it was a phase.

I would almost vote for Weedmaster P to get his own comic, but it would probably be too much of a good thing.

And that is one sharp orange suit.

You shouldn't be sad for the end of Wigu. Wigu is undoubtedly amazing, but soon there will be a new comic which will likely be equally amazing. And it will prevent Wigu from becoming stale and stupid, which would be worse than the comic ending. And in the interval between Wigu and the new thing, you can always just read Overcompensating.

I'm not too sad to see Wigu go. I love the comic, but the creator knows best, and you have already implied you are going on to other projects.

Besides, if you finish Wigu then I will be able to feasibly own a complete webcomic series. That's something most comic's I read can't claim.

You are so right, it's time to take another homeless man's poncho.

My shoes are uncomfortable. Why is it so hard to get a pair in size nine that are as wide as size ten? That is all I really choose to worry about on a daily basis.

it is a goddamn mystery.

i'm totally bummed by wigu ending but i always knew it was simply to make room for an even bigger and better project. you've got my full support, whatever the full support of someone who can't afford to buy any of your quality urbanwear constitutes.

Why the bag on the "40" Jeff are you ashamed of alcohol, you weren't ashamed of it last night when it helped you froget your terrible crimes long enough to fall into a deep dreamless sleep.

Look, if you don't drink a 40 out of a paper bag then you are doing it WRONG.

Stranger Dan, I am also looking for new shoes. Every pair I can find that I like is not available in my (normal) width. They seem to only be available in E to 6E Maybe we should have some kind of shoe exchange program.

You are shopping at bad shoe stores. Go to where they are a little more expensive and the man who sells them to you knows how to repair them, too. (Also make sure the shoe can be repaired, that is important, you will save lots of money and own stylish shoes)

Jeff Rowland is bringing back the alcohol in a paper bag thing. And I support this! Too few people drink their alcohol from paper bags! Too few!

I think the only way to solve this problem is to create a bottle made of paper, like the stuff they make dixie cups out of, it can work.
